2012
I’m not usually one for resolutions. But I am one for goals, and although I commonly do see through my goals, I’m gonna set a few for 2012 and well see if I can stick em.
1. Eat as much paleo and non chemically altered food as possible. (as I’m still relying on the charity of my folks, I can’t be too picky about what food is offered to me)
2. Drink water as my main drink, not coffee.
3. Exercise everyday, bike riding for work, try to get back on the MMA mat and learn archery :p
4. Read ALL my books. I have too many and I’m not allowed to get anymore till I read all of them!
5. Record regular podcasts, for me and others.
And last but not least,
6. Work my arse off and establish MockGardens as a legit and successful business.
Happy side affects that I hope to achieve. A much fitter, healthier and more able body, lately ive felt pretty flat and flabby and just unable to do the things I want to do. A better understanding and knowledge of the garden and plants and nature in general. A further BJJ and MMA knowledge and skill set.
Anything I’ve missed? I pretty much always feel really positive about the year to come at this point, even though I have debts and problems… But I’m not being shot at, I have a loving and caring family and some awesome friends. So here’s to a happy 2012, where even though all our problems won’t be fixed or remedied, we can hopefully take some steps towards a better world.
